I love this frame. It's sturdy and silent, and customer service was very accommodating.Loses a star for fragile electronics. I went through several rounds of replacement parts before I realized that the error codes I was seeing were probably caused by plugging in the head unit while the cable to the wall was energized. Get everything assembled, _then_ plug into the wall, and all works great.The desk base arrived today and I completed the installation in under an hour. This included all the unpacking, removal of the legs from my previous stationary desktop, etc. Directions were straightforward and easy to follow. The screw counts in the directions account for overage (directions indicate 10 of one type but only 8 are actually needed). I had a few counts where I was short of the declared quantity in the directions but found I still had all that I needed for the assembly. Assembly was easy and no issues with any structural or electrical components.First impressions upon assembly are good. The desk seems sturdy, legs function as expected. Set the memories for one standing and one seated position. The motor is not noisy at all – I can hear the motor, but it is a low hum. I mean how often do you move it where the noise is a problem? Works for me.One mistake I made was I left the control panel too recessed under the desk so that I kind of have to look under to read which button is what. A simple adjustment has brought it forward and I am quite happy now.Overall, very pleased. I think that the cost to value ratio is very good. And considering I was prepared to pay more to get something I “thought” might be better I am very happy with my decision so far.I will try to remember to follow up in 30 days to give an updated review.34 Day Update: So it has been 34 days since I received and assembled the standing desk legs and (knock on wood) I have had no issues with the product, performance, etc. I use the desk 5 days a week and probably change the position (from standing to sitting) 4 times a day. as far as weight on the unit my calculations are that have about 95 lbs on the legs, (Details - desktop @ 61lbs; 2 monitors @ 2.5 lbs each; dual arm monitor stand @ 8.5 lbs; power strip/surge protector @ 1 lb, Laptop @ 8.5 lbs; and docking station @ 2.5 lbs 10 lbs misc - keyboard, mouse, coffee cup :), picture of the family, phone charging station, water bottle, etc. ). I hope this helps people considering this as a purchase.I never do reviews but I was just blown away with this product. Ordered this standing desk frame and it came two days early! Packaging was sound and compact which was great to see they didn’t waste space.The instructions were clear and I had absolutely ZERO issue putting the frame together and screwing it into a 3/4” tabletop. The frame itself is very sturdy and great quality! There is zero wobble from sitting position and slim to none at the standing position. The dual motors are smooth and easy to configure with the control box.Also, I’m 6’4” and the frame was more than tall enough to support my standing position.Overall, I am blown away with the quality at this price. If you are on the fence, I’d jump over the fence and buy it. You won’t be disappointed!Sturdy fram once a top is screwed to it no wobble and it goes up and down at a decent pace I have 3 monitors and a heavy tower on it and it doesn't struggleThe frame feels really sturdy out of the box. The assembling was easy and straight forward. I paired it with desk from IKEA and the color matches to perfection. The cable organizer ties were a bit weak and peel off after a week but adding a different two sided tape and now everything is nice and neat. The movement is really smooth and quick to change from sitting to standing and vice versa. Overall good for the price as there are many others at the price of we all already knew (hefty hefty money).Update: i have received and installed a replacement. I've now been using it for now than a month and I'm happy to say that the packaging was much different on the second go and that product had worked great. I attached adhesive clips for wire management were falling off the next day, but that's neglible to me. 4 stars for the new oneOriginal: I'm not sure how this product was allowed to leave the factory. The box it arrived in was undamaged, so I can only assume it was packaged like this. Poor QC can ruin a reputation amd this is my first experience with VIVO. I've returned this for an exchange of the same product, in hopes of a better experience in the second go round. I won't give it a third chance. I'll update the review if things improveI paired this with a flexispot bamboo top. Had to drill some holes but it worked out fine. The motors are very smooth. When you get the box you'll think some parts are missing because it doesn't seem like so few pieces can be so solid. I am pleased with it. I don't recommend getting a cheap top, go solid piece of wood or bamboo!Constantly get error messages and the desk doesn't work. You must wait until the screen times out and then it may potentially work. Will contact supplier for warranty.Over all this is a very solid frame that does not wobble much. The two segment leg design vs the more common 3 segment design contributes a lot to this, however there is a trade off, at its lowest, the table frame goes to 28.5", add a typical table top of 3/4" and you are at 29.25" which can be a bit too high for people under 5'9 unless their desk has a keyboard tray.First off, I'm kicking myself for not doing this sooner! My daughters and I set this up this morning. Instructions are accurate, everything went together as planned. We used an Ikea Karlby oak top with no issues. Motors are nearly silent. The memory programming is a breeze! If this desk goes the distance 5 stars all the way!Loved it ones installed correctly. It works as expected although it was little bit hard to install. Hard as in lots to screw and a little bit of thinking to make sure the motors are installed correctly. Although the instructions manual is Not perfect, it was good enough. I highly recommend this especially if on sale or coupon discount.The assembly was easy and it seemed to work well but after a day or so of use, it started to show an E10 error whenever it wasn't being used for a few hours. So rather than moving up or down, it shows E10 and doesn't move. I tried resetting it by holding down the down button and then it works for a few hours but shows E10 again. I don't have anything too heavy on here, just two monitors and a laptop. The legs aren't uneven either. The only fix to this error is resetting everytime I want to change the height or replugging in my power cord.
