This is my third piece from Winsome. I'm very happy with it. Had no issues with any of the pieces & packed very well. I was missing a bolt & screw though. But I sent them an email with part number and they very quickly sent me out 2 replacement pieces, as in full set of bolt & nut. My only complaint is that the instructions are a bit vague. Trying to figure out where all the pieces went was confusing for me. And I'm not a newbie when it comes to assembling yourself. Have done many pieces in my time. So I did miss 3 dowels. But it doesn't seem to make any difference. The desk is lovely, very tall. My daughter who is 6' said she thinks it's too tall. But I think once I find a good chair to go with it she'll be fine. I recommend these products. Like I said this this is my third piece and have had zero issues. They are good solid attractive pieces. It also isnt a space hog. My kiddo dont have a lot of room in her room anymore. But it fit nicely in her small available space.
